Claim Form Login

To qualify for a settlement payment, you must complete a Claim Form submitted online or postmarked on or before May 9, 2025.

To start your online claim, you can find your Unique ID & Claim Login PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Claims Administrator at info@SuburbanPropaneEPOASettlement.com or 888-369-3780. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.

If your address or contact information changes, you must update the Settlement Administrator as soon as possible to ensure you receive your payment by email at info@SuburbanPropaneEPOASettlement.com or by calling toll free 888-369-3780.

All Claims are subject to a verification process.
